We continually strive for cost reductions through process improvements. We have integrated “lean manufacturing” through our TQM philosophy and with our TS-16949 system. With the use of die sensors and other error proofing methods, we have been successful in significantly reducing direct and indirect costs. While some companies wonder how they will compete with “low-cost countries” – at Palmer Engineering, we’re already there.

Palmer is certified TS-16949. Over the years we have greatly improved part quality to a point where our customers have come to rely on Palmer’s ability to provide a good part every time. As a result, we have received awards and commendations from major tier one automotive suppliers, as well as OEMs.
